will continue to use fetch but wish some receipts were worth more points.
I've been in and out of the hospital, and come on here to scan a receipt to find out that Fetch apparently deleted all my points. I worked very hard for ALL of my points. I've even played some games and even taken surveys. so not cool, so not right.
nice to get gift cards for spending money, but it takes too many points to get very little rewards

the rewards used to be good and the scan feature used to be good but lately it has severely gone downhill. I cant get e receipts to scan 80% of the time and ive submitted MANY e receipts to customer service and havent heard anything back. seriously irritating especially when there is a big bonus for shopping with a certain vendor. ill be deleting it at this point.

Undercutting me on stuff that I bought and saying, oh I only bought one thing. you say I got 1 m&m's when I bought two. i'll even post my receipt that I have two bags of m&m's but you only wanna say that I only bought one. you guys really don't want to give out points when points are deserved.Because we're doing the right things , and you guys are undercutting us. i bought one peanut and I bought one plane.
